1. Freshness Guarantee

We take pride in our freshly roasted beans and aim to deliver them in peak condition. If you believe your coffee beans arrived stale or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened Packages: Coffee beans in unopened, original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Opened Packages: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened packages unless there is a quality issue, such as a roasting error or product defect.
• Equipment & Merchandise: Unused coffee equipment, accessories, and merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Us: To begin a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and request details.
• Return Shipping: If the return is due to a quality issue or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

5. Exceptions

• Sale Items: Discounted or sale items are final sales and are not eligible for returns.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
